LV series bearings can be widely used in cylindrical guideways or 120°V-shaped guideways. Different from the LFR series rollers, the LV series bearings have strong adaptability to the size of the guide rail. Each specification can be adapted to a larger range of guide rail diameters and can be widely used in heavy-duty guides, mobile equipment, straightening machinery, etc.
JPG bearing adopts the internal structure design of double row angular contact ball bearing and the thickened outer ring, so that the bearing has a higher load carrying capacity.
JPG bearings are made of high-quality bearing steel (AISI52100 or stainless steel AISI440C), processed by heat treatment and precision grinding, and filled with long-life, high-quality, multi-purpose grease. Metal dust cover is adopted for bearing dust prevention.
The V-shaped groove bottom of the outer ring of JPG bearing has undercut grooves. If undercut grooves are not allowed in the use requirements, bearings without undercut grooves can be ordered from JPG bearings, and bearings with other V-shaped angles can also be customized. (Inventory)
The guiding system using the LV series guide bearing has the following characteristics:
1. Low resistance, long life, wide application: The V-shaped surface of LV series guideway bearings is finely ground, and the surface roughness reaches Ra0.32. The V-groove of the bearing has good parallelism with the installation plane of the inner ring. When working, the force between the bearing and the cylindrical guide rail is stable and the friction resistance is small.
2. Simple and convenient installation: After the bearing is equipped with an eccentric shaft and a concentric shaft, the installation is very convenient, and the eccentricity of the eccentric bearing can be adjusted to obtain a suitable preload.

Usually these three steps should be combined. The reason is that the straightening machine uses 5, 7, 9, 11 or 13 guide straightening wheels on the two planes.
The manufacturing accuracy of the guide straightening wheel has a major influence on the quality of the final product (wire) and the service life of the guide straightening wheel. Therefore, the V-shaped correction groove on the outer ring should be in line with the guide The other parts of the straightening wheel have the same geometric characteristics and accuracy, which is very important. For this reason, the V groove of the Yitong guide straightening wheel is guided to the straightening wheel. It has been precision processed before assembly. It is dangerous to grind this groove on an assembled guide straightening wheel, because the roller may be damaged, so uniformity and geometric accuracy cannot be guaranteed. The service life of the straightening wheel will be shorter, and the quality of the wire drawing will also be impaired.
